This restaurant absolutely blew me away. It's also a don't judge a book by its cover. The inside decor really just brings you back in time. There's so many details. From their lemon water to their bread to the main dishes, everything was absolutely phenomenal. But my all time favorite were the veggies. I have never in my life had something so wonderfully cooked. Such a gem in Clearwater.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. From the time we walked in, we were completely enthralled by the kindness of the staff and nostalgia of the atmosphere. It felt like I was a kid again eating at a fancy Italian restaurant! This is the kind of Italian restaurant Billy Joel sings about. To the owners, thank you for keeping the integrity of this place alive. Delicious food and wonderful service. I will be returning and bringing anyone who enjoys a trip back in time and delectable meal!!

Incredibly tasty food! Excellent service. And the atmosphere is so quaint it’s like going back in time to a lovely fancy restaurant. Definitely go to again place!

Italian cuisine with bar area and dining area. Excellent food and service make this venue a worthy destination for your next dining experience. Two fav entrees Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsala were very delicious.

It’s been 2 years since i dined at Alfano’s. I took my mom for her to experience the great food. We were extremely disappointed. Lack of portion size for my chicken dish and the taste was not flavorful. Small chicken breast sliced very thin. It appeared to be only 1 breast for $24. Kids sized vegetable portion, Something has changed, The service was good however we will not be back again. DISAPPOINTED

This place was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded all of our expectations. The portions were generous, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. We left full and happy, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal!

Very nice restaurant. Clean and traditional. Excellent menu selection and service. The house salad was fresh and nicely balanced. The roast duck had a terrific presention and was done perfectly. This is a great choice for dinner whether dining alone in the bar area or dining with the whole family. A go-to for fine Italian dining.

8/19 Visit: my husband and I arrived pretty late, but we were still seated and served. We did not feel rushed. The food was tasty and the server, although not super engaging was very professional. The owner was present and he was very friendly and brought us out a piece of cake on the house. Restaurant was nicely decorated as well. Loved the intimate feeling.
